When Can I View My Data?

Timely intelligence is critical for confident, fast-paced business decisions. While we prioritise efficiency, our scientists apply rigorous quality controls at every stage so your results are scientifically robust and ready for regulatory scrutiny. The time it takes to access your data will vary depending on the complexity of the analysis and the specific workstream involved.

eDNA Species Insights

Most eDNA projects involving water, soil or sediment are delivered within 6–8 weeks of your samples arriving at our laboratory. This timeframe enables our scientists to complete high-quality DNA extraction, sequencing and taxonomic assignment, so your species data is reliable and decision-ready.

Habitat Insights
Because Habitat Insights is powered by existing geospatial data rather than field-based sampling, delivery is much faster. Once your site boundaries (polygons) are confirmed and the relevant data files are received, you can typically expect habitat health and land cover outputs within approximately 2 weeks.

Bioacoustics
Acoustic data involves processing thousands of hours of audio through our AI models. Depending on the volume of data captured during the deployment, these reports usually take between 4 and 6 weeks to be finalized and uploaded to the platform.

Comprehensive Intelligence Reports
When your project combines multiple services such as eDNA, bioacoustics and Habitat Insights, we typically provide a single, integrated report once all workstreams are complete. This allows us to deliver a clear, cohesive narrative, usually aligned to the longest lead time of around 8 weeks from when we receive your samples. We will, however, work closely with you to align delivery with your internal milestones and ensure the data is available when you need it.

By delivering insights in weeks rather than months, we empower you to act with clarity and pace to protect your future valuations. Rapid results enable faster project approvals and reduce the risk of costly delays, while the early identification of nature related risks allows you to manage potential crises before they impact your ROI. This quick access to auditable data also streamlines compliance by making it easier to meet the demanding requirements of global frameworks like TNFD and CSRD.
