Import Data Service

The Import Data Service enables you to integrate your own biological datasets directly into the NatureMetrics Intelligence Platform. It plays a central role in our mission to close the gap between landscape-scale oversight and ground-level precision, by bringing previously fragmented data into a single, consistent source of truth.

Rather than juggling standalone reports from multiple suppliers that are hard to align with your decision-making, you can now visualise all your biodiversity results alongside NatureMetrics’ proprietary eDNA and bioacoustics insights. By consolidating your nature intelligence in one place, you convert dispersed information into a strategic asset that safeguards future valuations and supports uninterrupted operations.

Once your third-party data is imported, it is seamlessly integrated into your Nature Intelligence Dashboard. The platform converts this external data into the same standardised biodiversity indicators used for NatureMetrics’ own datasets, including:

  • IUCN Red List Status automatically identifying endangered or threatened species within your imported datasets.

  • Invasive Species Detection Our platform flags high risk species labeled as invasive in the sampling region. 

  • Taxonomic Grouping Your findings are organized into clear categories like mammals, birds, and reptiles for easy analysis.

  • Site-level Visualisation through an interactive map, providing clear geographic and temporal context.
