Critical guidelines for sample storage

Protecting the DNA within your samples is essential for delivering high integrity results. If your samples will be stored for more than two weeks between the time of collection and your scheduled pickup, they must be frozen. This step prevents the degradation of the genetic material and ensures that the final data on the Intelligence Platform is a verified and reliable reflection of your site.
