How do I access the Nature Intelligence Platform? 

Getting started with the NatureMetrics Intelligence Platform is a simple, whether you are activating a new account or joining an existing team, we'll get you up and running in no time. 

Activating a new account

If you are starting a new project, our team will configure your workspace ready for your data.

You’ll receive an automated email invitation as soon as your account has been set up. This email includes a unique, secure link to activate your profile and create your password. If the invite does not arrive as expected, please check your junk or spam folders, then contact your NatureMetrics representative for support.

Joining an established team

If your organization already uses the NatureMetrics Intelligence Platform, your internal Account Administrator will manage your access directly.

Administrators have the authority to add new members and define permission levels based on your specific role. This ensures you can see the specific sites, portfolios, or reports relevant to your operational requirements. If you need access to reports generated before July 2024, please contact our support team for assistance.

Managing your credentials

Maintaining secure access to your nature dashboard is essential for protecting data. If you have trouble logging in or need to reset your password, simply use the “Forgot password” link on the login page to complete the recovery process.
